The present method takes about 6 hours to get a flexible membrane with fine appearance . the physical and biological properties of the chitosan / glycerol membrane were also investigated . the result shows that the mechanical properties of blend membranes greatly increased with the increase of glycerol 甘油的加入提高了壳聚糖甘油膜的柔韧性，但甘油为小分子物质，容易从膜中流失，在动物试验中表现出膜硬度增加并出现收缩现象，不利于组织的运动和恢复。
